As you can see we have a new website!
The old one was rather outdated and so we thought it was about time we got a new one!
As you can see from the product and services navigation menus on the left we are pushing ourselves into the 21st century and thus ecommerce. We will be introducing new products, services and ideas to the organisation as the time goes by so watch this space!
NEW MANAGEMENT
As a large majority of you are well aware, Peter & Kaye Harbour retired at the end of May 2008. The organisation is now run by Neil Christie and Paul Webb. Neil is generally swaying towards the management of the company as a whole and Paul is generally swaying towards the technical, customer services and web-orientated side of the company. |
NEW SERVICES
FREE COLLECT AND RETURN SERVICE
We appreciate that not all of our customers are mobile enough to transport items to our premises and so we thought it would be a good idea to get with the local community spirit and offer such a service. This ties in rather well with our next new service.
OUT OF HOURS SUPPORT
Once again we fully appreciate the needs and lifestyles of others and so we are now offering out of hours support.
Our office hours are weekdays 0900-1730 and Saturdays 1000-1300. We are also toying with the idea of staying open late one night a week (possibly a Thursday) so that we can attend to the needs of commuters and customers that cant help but miss our usual office hours.
Our shop may be open at the aforementioned times but we are constantly working. So if you need us at an unusual time then please get in touch well in advance so that we can book your appointment accordingly.
